A short policy, because this site does little that requires a long one. Here is exactly what is and is not recorded when you visit.
Server logs
Our web host keeps standard access logs: IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser and referring page. Every website receives this by default simply because that is how a browser talks to a server.
These logs are used to see which pages are read and to investigate errors. They are not linked to a person and not combined with anything else.
No accounts, no forms
There is nothing to sign up for on this site and no contact form collecting personal details. We hold no mailing list, so we cannot email you and will not.
Cookies
A small number of cookies may be used for display preferences and aggregate visit counts. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time; the site works either way.
Checkout is elsewhere
No purchase is completed on this domain. Buy links hand you over to the authorised seller, whose own privacy policy governs everything that follows.
Your name, address and payment details are entered on their checkout, reach them directly, and are never visible to this site.
External requests
Page fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. Reference links point to external health resources, each with its own policy.
Adults only, and changes
This site is for adults; we do not knowingly collect anything from under-18s. If this policy is revised, the new version simply replaces what is on this page.
